SellerPlex was founded in 2018 by Nate Ginsburg after years spent building and scaling his own e-commerce businesses on Amazon. He kept running into the same problem: Amazon sellers doing $1M to $20M in annual revenue couldn't find an agency that treated their business like a real operating company. Instead they found specialists siloed into single-channel shops — one agency for PPC, another for supply chain, a bookkeeper who didn't understand Amazon reserves, and a content shop that had never actually launched a listing.
Menno Gottmer joined in 2019 as Chief Operating Officer to scale operations and build out the cross-functional team that makes SellerPlex's full-service model possible. Today Nate leads as Founder & CEO and Menno runs operations across every department.

Most clients start with a subset (PPC plus account management, or supply chain plus finance) and expand over time as they see results.
