How long does it take to fully hand over my supply chain?
Most clients are fully operational within 30 days. The first two weeks are onboarding, where we map your suppliers, SKUs, and processes. By week three your specialist is managing supplier communication directly. By week four you have your first fully managed PO cycle complete.
Do I need to give you access to my Seller Central account?
Yes. We need view access to Seller Central to monitor inventory levels, FBA shipments, and sales velocity, which feeds your forecasting model. We never make changes outside the agreed scope of work without your approval.
What happens if there is a supply chain emergency?
Your dedicated specialist is on it before you are. We monitor inventory daily and keep pre-approved protocols for stockout risk, supplier delays, and freight disruptions. Most issues are resolved before they become emergencies because we catch them early.
Can you work with my existing suppliers, or do I need to switch?
We work with your existing suppliers. We introduce ourselves, set up communication protocols, and take over the relationship. If a supplier is underperforming we will flag it and can help you evaluate alternatives, but we never make supplier changes without your approval.
Is there a long-term contract or minimum commitment?
No long-term contracts. All plans are month to month, and you can cancel with 30 days notice at any time. We earn your business every month by delivering results, not by locking you in.
